In respect to SEO(Search Engine Optomization), is there a difference between the character “é” and “e”?
Good Day,
I hope everybody is well. So I have a question that I hope all you experts will be able to help me with. I am currently developing a website for a Spanish language school in Querétaro, México.
http://www.queretarolanguageschool.com
The question is, how do search engines deal with the character “é”? Do they treat it the same as a standard “e”, or is it totally different?
And how would it behave during a search? Would the search string “Queretaro Language School” yield the same results as “Querétaro Language School”?

SEO programs? Search Engine Optomization programs? Do they work? Is the thetargetedvisitor.net a scam?
I have had many responses to my question on how to get traffic to our website and many have said SEO programs. One recommended was http://www.thetargetedvisitor.net/
The website looks fishy and I am eerie about paying $67 when I can’t find anything about it on google.
