My companys website-which deals with health related issues is complete.We have tried to follow all the necessary rules for the website design and structure that are necessary for SEO.I have some questions about submission-

A)To get indexed on the 3 most popular search engines-only home page of the website should be submitted or some important pages-like 5 to 6 pages manually to these engines.

B) Since the website is very big-almost 240 pages–can we submit 5 pages every weak–will that help?

C)What happens when we make fresh content/pages-should we submit them separately each time they are made?
